High Efficiency Fully Automatic Carbonation Mixer/ Aerated Drink/ Juice Containing CO2 Blending Mixing Machine

QHS-1500 Beverage Mixer is mainly used for carbonation of various aerated beverages, such as lemon, cola, Sprite, juice, etc. It is the main equipment in the complete set of equipment for the production of aerated beverages.
The diameter of mixing tank is 400mm. The plate thickness is 3mm. And the plate, pipe and valve parts are all in 304 stainless steel.

QHS-3000b beverage mixer is developed by our company on the basis of foreign technology.
The machine has the characteristics of accurate mixing, reasonable structure, convenient and easy adjustment, and sanitation.
All parts in contact with drinks are made of high-quality polished stainless acid resistant steel, meeting the requirements of food hygiene. The pipeline adopts closed system, which can meet the requirements of cleaning and disinfection, and can avoid the secondary pollution of materials in the process of transportation.
The machine is suitable for producing all kinds of carbonated drinks and fruit flavored drinks containing CO2, and can easily adjust the production capacity and the mixing ratio of water and syrup.

1)This machine adopts the advanced technology of chemical industry static mixer (it is called carbonizer). It has large gas-liquid mass transfer area, small resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption and simple structure. It also adopts the multi-stage centrifugal pump with reliable performance and small voice, which ensures the performance of the whole machine.
2)The machine is equipped with high-precision proportional needle valve and pneumatic angle valve in syrup and water pipeline, which can not only adjust the mixing proportion accurately, but also prevent syrup and water from flowing in tandem with each other. The action is sensitive and reliable.
3)This machine adopts atomization deoxidation, which can not only save carbon dioxide gas, but also achieve the purpose of deoxidation, so that the deoxidized water has better effect of pre carbonization.
4)In this machine we can easily adjust the air content, according to the requirements of beverage air content, through appropriate operation and other processing adjustment.
5)This machine is equipped with perfect automatic control system, which has the advantages of coordinated action, simple structure, continuous production and high degree of automation

1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.

The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.

When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation and 3 daily hot meals.

2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.

1. Warranty
All parts are under two year warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.

2. Payment
50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
